Read more →This little guy has been living in the tree outside my bedroom window. I often see it sitting in its nest, eating bugs from nearby spiderwebs, or shooing away other birds. Really, I’m surprised at how often it is just in its nest. Stay cool, my friend.

Read more →The beach week has come and gone again. The memorable parts were rain, clouds and jellyfish. But, we did have a good time. Samantha really enjoyed the pool more than the beach and wanted to spend all her time there. Ellie enjoyed both.
Read more →Samantha is deeply afraid of getting her ears wet. In the bath tub and, now that it is summer, in the pool, this presents a problem. We started swimming lessons last week, and she made significant progress in the 3 days of lessons. We will continue this week in hopes of solidifying her independence in the water. Let’s …
